Our Commitment to Commercial Integrity
The OffClicks network is built upon mutual trust between consumers, content creators, and international e-commerce merchants. For this ecosystem to thrive, marketing practices must remain transparent, honest, and compliant with international commercial advertising laws. Both creators and brand partners are required to abide by these guidelines.
Creator Promotional Standards & Prohibited Conduct
Creators must observe the following core rules when sharing OffClicks tracking links and coupon codes across social media:
Clear Regulatory Disclosures
Under FTC (US), ASA (UK), and global consumer protection laws, creators must place visible disclosure tags (e.g., #ad, #affiliate) in captions and Stories before users click.
No Trademark Bidding
Creators are strictly forbidden from purchasing paid search ads (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads) on merchant trademarked names (such as "AliExpress coupon" or "Amazon deals").
Honest Product Representation
Review and unboxing content must reflect genuine product characteristics. Do not make false claims regarding discounts, medical benefits, or unrealistic performance.
No Spam or Automated Clicks
Traffic generated through pop-ups, pop-unders, auto-redirects, unsolicited email spam, or automated bot scripts will result in immediate account termination.
Merchant Partner Obligations
Merchants participating in the OffClicks marketplace must adhere to operational standards that protect creators who invest creative effort into promoting their brands:
Discount Code Integrity
Promised coupon codes and discount percentages must function smoothly at checkout without hidden exclusions or unexpected price alterations.
Continuous Tracking Reliability
Merchants must maintain stable server postbacks and tracking pixels. Any platform migrations affecting tracking must be communicated at least 7 days in advance.
Fair Order Reconciliation
Commissions cannot be arbitrarily reversed. Cancellations during the 30-day validation window must correspond strictly to verified product returns or payment fraud.
Enforcement Protocol & Dispute Resolution
OffClicks actively monitors network telemetry. Violations of these guidelines are addressed through a structured three-tier process:
- Formal Notice & Rectification Window: Unintentional disclosure oversights receive a compliance notice with 48 hours to update content.
- Commission Hold: Suspicious traffic spikes trigger a temporary validation freeze while our fraud detection team audits click sources.
- Permanent Termination: Confirmed trademark bidding, bot manipulation, or deceptive practices result in immediate permanent expulsion and forfeiture of illicit earnings.
